(Annandale, VA) The Twinkling Eyes Foundation has donated $30,000 to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation for a special culinary scholarship. The presentation came at Twinkling Eye's inaugural cocktail reception and ceremony on November 8 in Washington, D.C.
Twinkling Eyes president says “Our mission is to build value in the culinary experience by investing in the future generations of food and beverage providers who operate from cultivation to consumption. We are excited to support the culinary arts through our contributions .”
